The Trout Bag is a nostalgic look back at the original Mulberry satchel design from the 1970s.

A classic school satchel-style buckled front flap with a detachable cross-body strap, and a plait feature top handle, its a fabulously retro bag with an uber-cool vibe.

Crafted from a soft and supple hide, the textural print suede adds depth and warmth whilst the glittery finish of the calfskin brings a subtle sparkle to this fabulous bag.

Carried very lightly, the leather and suede is all in an excellent condition throughout.

Notoriously difficult to photograph, the nap of the suede creates different tones in the black dependant on which way the pile is brushed and the super soft and tactile sparkle calfskin is similarly excellent, without wear, marks or scratches.

All inking and stitching is intact and the interior is lined in clean Mulberry tree repeat fabric with a zip section and leather lined slip pocket.

The only reason for the * rating is the inevitable surface dinks to the front plaque, which are extremely minor.
