This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Violet

in black Kenya leather with antiqued brass hardware.

 

A nicely proportioned, compact hobo shape with a zip secured top and two front pockets, the Violet is a perfect size for everyday and so lovely and light to carry in comparison to some.

Details

 The thick, robust and wonderfully characterful Kenya leather is nicely softened and creasy showing some rubs to the corners and lots of light surface scuffs throughout.

Always much lovelier when aged, this leather with continue to grow more beautiful with use.

Stitching is all strong and hardware is aged with some minor glue decay to the ends of the decorative buckle leather flaps, (see Photo Gallery below). This isn't visible in use and doesn't affect the bag structurally or aesthetically.

The shoulder strap is slightly softened but not creased, with inking a little dry to the edges and some inking loss around the D rings where the leather's flexed.

The interior is self lined with a fabric zipped side pocket. The reverse to the hide shows general use and ruffling with some minor discoloration as happens with age.
