in Black Lambskin leather with shiny silver tone hardware.

Details

From 2001, this iconic classic flap has aged incredibly well.

The hide is very matte and a little dry but flap and base corners are good, stitching is all strong and though the quilting is a little deflated, its all well shaped and still an extremely beautiful bag.

The shiny silver tone hardware is excellent. Bright without any dulling, oxidisation or tarnsh and only the most miniscule hairline scratches to the interlocking CC's and turnlock end.

Impressions can be noted to the top of the interior flap, as is often seen on these pieces and there are light finger nails scuffs to the interior leather.

Greatly exacerbated by the camera flash, the scratches to the interior are much less noticable to the naked eye and though the hide is a little dry, there is no flaking or cracking.

Overall, a fabulous Chanel Flap that you'd never need to baby, and cared for well will continue to age gracefully.
