Mulberry Oversized Alexa in Black Buffalo Leather ref 2 - SOLD

This is an unused, 100% authentic Mulberry Oversized Alexa

in Black Soft Buffalo leather with soft gold tone hardware.

Mulberry's easy to carry, iconic satchel Alexa, it can be worn on the shoulder or across the body and the larger size, sadly no longer available from Mulberry directly, has lots of space, so perfect for work or play.

Details -

The hide is fabulous. Gloriously striated bottom, this lovely Lexy has never been carried so displays no wear to the leather whatsoever. Corners are perfect, stitching and inking, (edge sealent) all intact it been gently handled and is wonderfully creasy but with enough structure to stand up empty. Relaxing with use, its a strong buffalo hide and one that will just improve with age.

Protective film intact on base plate, the Postmans Lock Plate displays the minutest rubbing around the turnlock hole and some light surface scratches to the sides of the turnlock end.

As is commonly seen on soft gold components there are a few pin head sized dots of discolouration to the embossed LH side circular rivet on the Postmans Lock Plate, (see close up Photo above)

Fully lined in pristine Mulberry tree repeat fabric with a side zipped security pocket and leather trimmed slip pocket.
