Louis Vuitton Sarah Ikat Wallet in Rose Velours Vernis - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Louis Vuitton Sarah Ikat Wallet in Rose Velours Vernis 

At first glance this lovely, large Vuitton purse looks to be in a superb condition.

Glossy, bright and firm without any signs of use....however there are issues which have been reflected in the price.

Details -

The vernis is bright, firm and colour consistent in the beautiful pale pink tones of Rose Velours.

All edging is glossy and intact, corners and curves unworn, there are some light hairline scratches to the Louis Vuitton embossed popper, but without close inspection the exterior looks immaculate.

However, when you look very closely, there are some extremely light, blue marks to the finish (most likely pen ink which is prone to soak into patent and is therefore not removable). Incredibly hard to see in normal use and if you can find them, they look almost like part of the pattern so any future marks will be very well camoflagued!

Opening the purse to reveal the gentle pink interior, there is light colour loss to the interior flap on the left and right hand side, (see photos above). There are some light marks to the leather in the concetina compartments, near the base, as shown.

The main point to note is the missing stitch* to the front middle, just above the LV embossed popper. The stitch above is still entirely firm and will not 'run' so this issue doesn't affect the use of the purse in any way, however has been reflected in the price.
