Chanel Chevron Maxi Single Flap in Black Lambskin

with shiny silver hardware.

 

A large and exceptionally lovely shoulder bag, crafted from a beautifully glossy lambskin hide.

 

Condition - Very Good

 

Details -

 Nicely puffy and colour consistent, the form is gently softened with some minor creasing along the rear top curve of the bag.

A virtually imperceptible light mark to the LH side of the front flap and some barely there finger nail scuffs to the surface, these are extremely difficult to see without very close inspection.

Light wear to the front two base corners, the rear two have only slight rubbing and all stitching is firmly in place throughout.

Two short hairline scratches to the base, in the middle, just below the front seam and two scuffs to the leather to the RH of this.

The front interlocking CC clasp is bright and shiny with light surface scratches, the plaque on the underside of the flap displays some friction rubbing and the Chanel embossed interior zip, light scratching. The staff is very good with only light scratches and extremely minor dulling to the end. No plating loss, tarnish or oxidisation.

The leather and chain shoulder strap is excellent, without wear, stretching or rubbing just the slightest drying to the interwoven leather as happens with use.

The interior is lined in clean, soft black calfskin with a large slip section and zipped pocket.

The interior lining to the top flap displays vertical creasing and a few light fingernail scuffs.

All these small issues are shown in the Photo Gallery above but are much less visible to the naked eye than the close up pictures make them appear.
