Mulberry East West Bayswater in Indigo Polished Buffalo - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry East West Bayswater

in Indigo Polished Buffalo leather with antiqued brass hardware.

The original grainy Polished Buffalow, now classed as a 'vintage' finish, its an amazingly lovely hide.

Really robust, demi-sheened with a deep and ultra creasy grain, the indigo colour is slightly deeper in tone than the more current shade.

Dark navy in some lights and almost cobalt in others, the glossy finish is perfect for shrugging off rain and marks with ease.

A well loved beauty, the leather condition is a testiment to the use she's received as there is virtually no wear whatsoever.

So sadly now discontinued by Mulberry, the East West Bayswater is a perfectly proportioned shoulder bag. Light to carry and very comfortable to wear, the leather is completely without marks, scuffs, scratches or issues. The base corners show the very lightest use and though the silhouette is now softened, she's still well shaped and incredibly beautiful.

Shoulder straps are gently softened but inking, (edge sealent) is in place, down to the handle bases which show wear, see photos above.

The antiqued brass hardware contrasts well with the colouration and lockplates all display friction rubbing and scratches, as shown.

The suede lined interior flap is ruffled in places and flattened along the horizontal profile of the top curve with a few small marks to the nap.

The interior is lined in chocolate Mulberry tree fabric displaying marks to the base and zipped pocket, though this is less noticable than the photos make them appear.

 The internal belt can be adjusted to make the aperture of the bag wide or smaller as preferred.
