100% authentic Mulberry Tessie Satchel

in Oak Soft Small Grain leather with shiny gold hardware.

Unused, this ex-display bag is in a lovely condition and without very close inspection it looks nearly new.

A small, hairline scratch to the front clasp as protective film has been removed, the base clasp displays surface dinks from the contact of being opened and closed.

The leather is a beautiful rich caramel tone and softly supple without being too slouchy, so not a bag that will 'puddle' but mould nicely to your side.

A natural, diagonal striation in the middle of the top flap, (see photo above) this is an inherent feature of the leather and not a scratch. An extremely light surface impression on the front LH side and a couple to the rear, all shown in the photo gallery, the main reason this lovely Tessie hasn't achieved an Excellent condition rating is due to the light surface scratch on the rear LH side, near the base and two small, pale circular scuffs to the lower seam of the base.

A vague dark shadow can be noted on the outer RH side of the shoulder strap and a lighter one to the other side of this same strap, this is likely to be inking, (edge sealent) smudges from the craftmans fingers that have not removed during construction.

Suede lined top flap and interior is lined in pristine, thick, beige linen twill with a leather trimmed slip pocket and zippered section.
