100% authentic Mulberry vintage style Blenheim

in oak darwin leather with antiqued brass hardware.

 

The Baby Roxanne, no longer available from Mulberry, its an easy to carry, compact shoulder bag, ideal for everyday.

Details - 

Whilst there are some Mulberry leathers that deteriorate with age, there are some that just get even better and better with the passing years.
 
This fabulous vintage style Blenheim has been crafted from a thick, robust darwin hide that has darkened, seasoned and richened over time.
 
Still quite firm, it will stand up when empty and the two useful front pockets are just so handy when you are out and about.
 
Lots of burnishing, colour variation and patina... these will continue to mellow and blend with leather care and moisturisation.
 
A small smattering of surface scratches to the top LH side of the fold over flap consisting of about 6 dot sized scuffs. Very difficult to see even when you angle the bag away from you to view.
 
Oodles of character,  stitching is in place and inking is in place throughout though a little dry to the front flap pocket edges, (though not degraded or sticky)
 
The shoulder strap is still firm, not creased or stretched, just the usual sit marks where the buckles have been set.
 
Hardware is very good and the interior is clean, just lightly ruffled with use.
 
A much nicer bag in real life than it sounds, its a vintage Mulberry that deserves further use as they really don't make them like they used to!
 
 Made in Turkey.
 
No serial number as is common for bags made in this era.
