Mulberry Vintage Small Saddle Messenger Bag in Navy Scotchgrain - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Vintage Small Saddle Bag in Navy Scotchgrain and smooth Cognac leather with Antiqued Brass hardware.

 A compact satchel, perfect for the very basics....its a retro delight.

Light to carry and easy to use, its a bag you'll never need to baby and a classic, (and rare!) colourway.

Details - 

The scotchgrain is all in an excellent condition throughout. Firm, well shaped without wear, softening, splitting, cracking or any detriment whatsoever. Extremely hardwearing, its a waterproof finish that will stand both the test of time and the elements.

The rich cognac trims are unmarked, without scuffing or rubbing....this is a bag made to last!

The yellow contrast stitching is all in place and the antiqued brass hardware without tarnish or ageing.

The cross body strap is very good, without detriment, though please note this leather has a raw finish to the underside which gives character to these pieces.

The inking, (edge sealent) is slightly dry, not worn, sticky or degraded and there are stray smudges from construction to each side of the base of the RH strap, near the D rings, (see photo above).

Lined in clean, Mulberry Traditional Ancient Tartan with a slip pocket.
