Mulberry Classic Bayswater Tote in Poppy Red Natural Leather

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Classic Bayswater Tote in Poppy Red Natural Leather with Polished Gold hardware. 

A marvellously robust and easy to carry shoulder tote, (now so sadly discontinued), there's plenty of room for work or play. 

Crafted from an exceptionally attractive hide, its one of those bags that makes you remember why Mulberry became great.

A subdued red tone, not a bright fire engine shade but not so muted that its not bold either.....  a beautifully, rich Autumnal colour.

Details -

Glorious, thick, glossy and beautifully grained leather with the most fabulous character... reminiscent of the vintage Darwin of old.

 Gently softened but with almost no wear, its supple but will stand up empty and you can cinch the sides in with the adjustable belt for a less trapezoid shape, if you prefer a more tapered look.

A couple of linear, surface impressions to the rear, upper middle, and lots of natural creases, striations and very light surface scuffs throughout. Its a and finish that is suprisingly camouflaging, so a bag that you won't have to baby.

Corners display very light colour rubbing and there's a small scratch to the base, just to the RH side of the lower RH foot patch.

Shoulder straps firm and well shaped and all stitching and inking (edge sealent) is in place.

There are number of small, light surface scratches to the handles, all shown above, which are much less visible to the naked eye.

The front Postmans Lock Plate is excellent, with only hairline scratches to the RH side, (too tiny to capture on camera) and the underside plates both retain their protective film.

The interior is clean, self lined suede with a large, leather zipped pocket
