This is a 100% authentic Mulberry larger sized Roxette in Oxblood Deep Embossed Croc Printed Leather with shiny gold tone hardware.

The modern reinvention of the iconic Roxanne, with the classic fold-over top and belt to close.

Semi structured, lots of capacity and crafted from a beautifully glossy, burgundy toned printed calfskin.

Details -

At first review you'd think it was nearly new.

Colour consistent. perfectly shaped, glossy with a defined, well spaced embossed print and protective film in place on side plaque and hardware. 

Perfect top handles, stitching and inking, (edge sealent) all entirely in place and without wear to corners....it still has that very fresh fabulous feel that a firm hide has when new.

An ex display piece from House of Fraser Nottingham, the base feet display light scratches from the store shelf.

The reason for the condition rating is due to the surface scratches acquired to the leather.

A small, light curved scratch to the base, upper RH side of the corner curve and a similar, longer scratch to the RH side panel, near the rear seam edge.

 A fingernail scuff below the plaque (just beneath the 1971), one to the upper LH top curve of the rear flap, just to the RH side of the handle base and one to the RH side of the front flap.

The main point to note is two perpendicular scratches* to the front lower RH of the bag, just to the LH of where the padlock cloche hangs.

All shown in close up detail in the Gallery above, they are much less visible to the naked eye but have, of course, been reflected in the price.

Lined in clean soft microfibre with a textile lined zipped pocket and two slip sections.

The top of the bag folds over itself and can be sealed with the leather strap and buckle.

Carry by hand or on the crook of the arm as though these pieces are made with the side D rings (so a long strap may be attached as an addition), they don't come with them.
