This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Regular Alexa Satchel in Oak Soft Buffalo Leather with brushed gold hardware 

The iconic Alexa is an easy to carry satchel style than can be worn on the shoulder or across the body.

A rich toffee toned hide crafted from beautifully textured, creasy buffalo leather. Lots of character, it super supple and a bag you'll never need to baby.

Slouching into a puddle of gorgeousness when empty, ( you'll need a liner if you prefer the more upright look), its been used and loved but has many years of service left to give.

Condition - Well Used

Details -

One of those bags thats just improved with age and use there's very little actual wear. A few barely there fingernail scuffs and a little darkening to the corner curves, (not scuffing), ..... it all blends marvellously and naturally with the charm of a lusciously aged Lexy, creating a fabulously attractive piece.

The plait top handle is excellent, the long detachable strap very good, with only slight softening and the inking, (edge sealent) in place throughout with just one small ruffle to the RH top aperture, (see location highlighted and zoomed photo above).

A small and extremely light surface scuff to the front, lower middle, a dash of stray inking to the upper RH side and two spots to the rear, as present from the time of construction, (see locations highlighted and zoomed photos above).

Some very vague, colour transfer to the rear, lower RH side of the bag. Captured in the Gallery photo above looking quite visible to the naked eye its almost imperceptible.

 Some scratching to the metal clad, satchel-strap tip ends as shown. The Postmans Lock Plate displays two scratches to its lower LH side and very small scratches to the lower LH edge. Friction rubbing around the turnock hole with a little finish loss, the sides of the turnlock end are also paled and appear a slightly more silvery colour. The the two underside plates display friction scratches around their perimeters, where they have contacted in use.

The interior is lined in clean, chocolate Mulberry tree repeat fabric with a zipped pocket and leather trimmed slip section.

The top flap is lined in lightly ruffled, soft chocolate suede with a small, dark mark in the lower interior seam, completely concealed in use, (you would need to pull the top aperture down to view it.)

Please note a light and pleasant perfumed aroma. (Not a stored smell or masking anything, just a really lovely scent from the previous owner)
