This is a 100% authentic Saint Laurent YSL Classic Small Sac De Jour in Rose Clair Pink Grained Calfskin with shiny silver tone hardware.

 A nearly neon PoP of Flamingo Pink, this headturning, classic tote features a slim, removable Zip Pouch, concertina sides & detachable shoulder strap.  

Angular yet elegant, the silhouette is semi structured but still with enough suppleness for it to mould to your side in use.

Carry by hand or on the shoulder by way of the detachable strap, its open top, so easy to use and though its called the 'small' there's acres of space for everyday.

Details -

At first review it looks to be in an a fabulous condition. Colour consistent, without visible wear, corners excellent and the form nicely firm without sagging or softening.

Hardware excellent, protective film intact on four of the base feet and padlock in cloche. All stitching strong and the finely graned interior leather smooth and clean.

A barely there, surface fingernail scuff to the rear of the zip pouch, (too light to capture on camera), the interior is lined in entirely clean, black grossgrain cotton.

A small dot scratch to the rear LH side of the back rolled leather top handle, there are four similar scratches to the hide, all shown with the zoom in the quad picture above. Two to the lower front and two to the rear, lower LH side, near the corner curve. Though these are very clear and appear very noticable in the photos, to the naked eye they really are almost invisible!

Similarly, there are numerous, pin prick sized, black dots to the leather throughout the piece. Again, shown with the zoom in the Gallery above, I could count 3 to the interior of the bag, (see top row of collage), 5 to the zip pouch, (the 3 largest are shown in the middle row of the collage) and 7 to the bag, (the 3 largest are shown in the bottom row of the collage). 

Neither the scratches nor the dots are the reason for the *condition rating, as even taken together, they don't greatly affect the aesthetic of the piece. 

The reason for the * is due to the commonly seen flex cracking to the inking, (edge sealent). Mainly affecting the top handles, shoulder strap edging and four flap bases, these areas can be restored should the buyer wish. This has been reflected in the price.
