This is a 100% authentic Hermés Evelyne III 29 PM in Rouge Casaque Clemence Leather with Palladium Hardware.

Iconic simplicity, easy to use and so light to carry, this stunning Evelyne is crafted from a rich red toned Taurillon hide.

The Seller has also included a Royal Blue Felt Liner and unbranded leather strap in the sale.

The Evelyne was named after Évelyne Bertrand, who was the head of Hermès’s riding department. Designed in 1978 to carry grooming equipment, (the perforated H was designed to enable air to enter the bag to dry the equipment,) it was sold in stores alongside other equestrian goods!

The leather is perfect throughout. Colour consistent, without any scuffs, scratches or wear.

The very slightest darkening to the two top loops at each side of the bag, where the should strap clips contact, (incredibly slight).

Light friction crackles to the edge sealent at each side of D rings at the top of the bag....an inevitable result of the motion of the bag and forms a natural part of these pieces with use. Barely visible, it appears as light ruffling to the suede.

Entirely clean interior, all stitching strong and hardware excellent with only miniscule hairline scratches.

The webbed messenger strap is clean, unrubbed with an extremely light sit impression where the slideable buckle was previously set,

The Seller has included an unbranded Royal Blue and Red leather shoulder strap in the Sale. The red is a very close match to Rouge Casaque.
