A firm, grainy and ultra robust hide, its semi structured with just the right amount of 'give' & the gentle glaze means its perfect for carrying in the rain!

Crafted from Mulberrys fabulously sturdy, shiny goat leather. Strong, nicely structured and a hide that will soften but not slouch (see photo when standing empty)

At first review this classic piece looks to be in an Excellent condition. Protective film in place on all hardware, the turnlock has a bit of a 'creak' (often found with Postman Lock pieces), its well shaped, colour consistent and without visible wear.

No scuffs to corners, all stitching in place and the chain and leather interwoven shoulder strap bright and shiny without wear or detriment.

Only on very close inspection can you note an extremely light, diagonal surface scratch to the upper RH side of the bag, one to the rear of the bag on the upper LH side and a vertical one to the rear, lower middle. There is also a very vague pale mark to the rear RH side, near the corner curve. All shown in the quad picture in the Gallery above

Minor flex crackles to the inking, (edge sealent) at the top aperture of the bag, at the side and where the flap flexes.

Scratches and surface finish loss to the hardwares shiny coating on the two top D rings, where they have contacted with the chain. Invisible to the naked eye.

The interior is fully lined in clean, lightly ruffled soft suede with a side zip pocket.
