This is a 100% authentic Burberry Heritage Alchester Bowling Bag in Steel Blue Shrunken Calfskin Leather with shiny gold tone hardware.

 A traditional zip top Boston with a handy rear slip pocket, this stunning piece is crafted from a thick, robust and deeply grained calfskin with a fabulous, bubbly texture.

Acres of capacity and such a beautiful shade, its a perfect everyday bag you won't need to baby.

At first review you'd think it was New. 

Colour consistent, well shaped and firm, its crafted from a thick, strong hide so will stand empty with a very slight slouch, (see photo above) yet still mould to your side in use with just the right amount of 'give'.

No wear to corners or curves. No scratches or scuffs, all edging and stitching perfect and both the top handles and shoulder strap are excellent.

Light contact scratches to the two side D rings from the shoulder strap clips and the top engraved zip pulls, there are minicule hairline scratches to the front embossed plaque, (Burberry generally don't protect hardware with film, so this is common from the time of purchase)

Lined in clean black signature Burberry repeat grossgrain with a large zipped pocket and two leather trimmed slip pockets.

The rear section is a full width and full depth pocket, trimmed with soft blue suede and sealing by way of a concealed magnetic fastener.

The reason for the * rating is due to the two stray glue marks to the surface of the hide. Present from construction, the craftsman has accidentally allowed some stray adhesive to contact with the hide.

A very vague, twin dot to the front, LH side, just below the handle and a twin streak to the rear, lower RH side. Both shown with zoom and location highlighted, without being pointed out they are unnoticable.  Only darkening with time, these marks would not have been visible at the time of purchase.
