Mulberry Effie Tote in Black Spongy Pebbled Leather - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Effie Tote in Black Spongy Pebbled Leather with brushed Golden Brass hardware.

Crafted from a fabulously soft & pebbly, smooshily squidgy hide, this large, luscious & super supple Effie Tote is an absolute workhorse.

A secure zip top, acres of space inside, you can wear on the shoulder or carry by hand, its a bag you'll never worry about carrying in the rain or baby in the slightest.

A nicely subtle, embossed Mulberry Tree motif to the front and pretty, braid feature top handles, this is what Mulberry says about the Effie...

Details- 

 A fabulously pebbly and tactile leather with that lovely padded texture you get with a nice Spongy finish.

There's no wear....its got a gentle gloss, is entirely colour consistent, no scuffs, scratches or scrapes, just the very slightest of smoothing at the folded corners.

A little smattering of sparkly gold glitter to the surface of the leather on the upper, front, RH top of the bag, on the trim byt the zip, as shown.

Substantial and robust due to the leathers pliable thickness, you can wear the silhouette different ways depending on how you carry, (see quad photo above). No structure when empty and will puddle fabulously.... so if you prefer a more upright shape you'll need to add in a Felt Liner.

All stitching strong, the hardware displays scratches throughout with silvery paling to the zip header (not noticable at all).

The detachable shoulder strap display tiny flex crackles to the inking, (edge sealent) on the sides, a few light marks to the leather upper, a scratch to the raw finish underside and lots of scratches to the two end clips.

The braided top handles are very good, well shaped and firm but again display little 'flex' crackles to the inking at their sides. Very difficult to see and does not affect the use of the bag in any way.

The interior is lined in clean, black Mulberry tree fabric with a zipped pocket and leather trimmed slip section. Slight age related discolouration to the top seam of the interior lining at the stitching area, as shown.

A much lovelier bag in the flesh than it sounds!
