This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Postmans Lock Bayswater Mini Flap Belt Bag in Oak Silky Snake Calfskin with Shiny Gold Hardware.

Fantastically versatile, you can remove the intertwined leather and chain strap to carry as a dinky clutch, wear around your waist, as a messenger or double the strap to carry on the shoulder.

Crafted from a rich oak toned, characterful, printed & hard carved hide its a beautiful piece.

Details -

A soft silhouette though holds is shape well,  there's no real wear at all.

A beautifully burnished and characterful oak finish, from the moment created this hand 'carved' leather will immediately show dimension and depth. Scales flex gently with the natural movement piece which is an inherent characteristic of the hide and not a fault. A particularly nice example of how a well kept Silky Snake will age, there are no lifted, peeled or sheered scales whatsoever.

A few light hairline scratches to the Postmans Lock Plate, a little friction rubbing between the lockplates, some minor finish loss to the sides of the turnlock.

The interwoven chain strap is excellent without dulling or scratches

All stitching strong and inking, (edge sealent) in place.

The interior flap is lined in a soft, dark chocolate suede displaying ruffling and the interior is lined in clean, Mulberry Tree jacquard with a leather slip pocket. 

Capacity is 'Mini' so will fit only the very basics, (think card case, keys and a mobile phone, up to  maximum dimensions of 15cm x 7cm x 1cm)
