Chanel Classic Grand Shopping Tote GST in Black Caviar with Silver Hardware - SOLD

 This is a 100% authentic Chanel Grand Shopping Tote (GST) in Black Caviar with Shiny Silver Hardware.

This classic, large GST shopper, now so sadly discontinued, it's ultra robust, incredibly beautiful and, of course, wonderfully Grand!

Divided into three sections, the middle being zip secured, there's a large slip pocket, a secure zipped pocket and a key clip on leather strap.

Simple yet space for everything, this is one of the the most missed designs of the decade.

Details -

Absolutely stunning condition, a particularly lovely, thick and robust caviar with beautiful gloss (from 2013), its a piece that promises to age incredibly well.

Perfectly shaped, the only exterior evidence of use a  miniscule rub to the rear LH corner curve, invisible to the naked eye, (see zoomed photo in the Gallery above).

All the silver hardware is bright and shiny, all stitching firm and the shoulder straps immaculate.

The interior is fully lined in a thick, black silk-sateen displaying very light use. One, barely there, small and extremely light mark to the slip pocket. The embossed zip pull to the zip pocket retains its protective film.

Please note that this piece has been in storage for the past few years and as such requires gentle airing. It doesn't have the 'stored-smell' associated with vintage goods, its purely an intensification of the leather aroma that will dissapate quickly with use.
