This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Medium Lily in Oak Natural Vegetable Tanned Leather with Soft Gold Hardware.

Crafted from a richly seasoned NVT hide, (superior to Small Classic and Natural Grain and so hard to now find in the medium Lily), its robust, characterful & will just continue to get better & better with age and use. 

Soft Gold Hardware, (less brassy with a lower sheen than Golden Brass), its a beautiful piece that will stand the test of time.

Details-

A sturdy hide with a solid construction, the silhouette is gently softened (see photo when empty), but its holds its shape well with only a gentle slouch when empty.

The leather's without wear, just lots of lovely natural burnishes, striations and natural surface scuffs throughout. The expected fingernail scratches, which form a part of the inherent nature of vegetable tanned leather, blend with the patina and will continue to be acquired with use.

All stitching strong and inking (edge sealent) in place with the commonly seen, small flex crackles to the back aperture edge, where the motion of the flap opening and closing causes tiny fissures. Very hard to see without close inspection and does not affect the use of the bag in any way.

The Postmans Lock Plate and base plate are excellent. A small area of slight finish loss around the turnlock hole on the underside plate. Shown with the zoom in the Gallery above, to the naked eye its almost invisible.

The interwoven chain and leather shoulder strap is excellent.

Lined in clean, ruffled suede with side zipped pocket.
