This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Classic Small Bayswater Satchel in Black Natural Vegetable Tanned Leather with Brass Hardware.

 The classically styled Small Bayswater Satchel (SBS) was the second incarnation of Mulberrys baby-bayswater. The first was the Ledbury which was made without a shoulder strap, then the SBS was born and it continued to share all the wonderful, heritage charm and features of its larger namesake, but with the addition of the long strap that attached at each side and allowed you to wear on the shoulder or cross body. A reincarnation or two later and Mulberry have now introduced the Soft Small Bayswater which shares the same dimensions but the strap now clips on to two D rings at the back.

The classic version is curvy and rounded, slightly taller than the current model and hangs perfectly however you carry.

Crafted from the most beautiful, thick, characterful and robust Natural Vegetable Tanned Leather (NVT), its a glorious hide, reminiscent of Darwin of old....... and one that will just get better and better with age and use.

Details-

Very lightly carried, this lovely SBS is in a superb condition throughout.

Curvily shaped, will stand nicely empty and top handles stand upright.

Original protective film in place on Postmans Lock Plate and base plate.

No marks or wear to the leather, corners are perfect (any white marks in the photos are purely light reflections).

All inking (edge sealent) and stitching in place and hardware excellent throughout.

Please note the pressure indentations to the top flap, caused by the handle inserts as is commonly found on this model.

No cloche with padlock on this piece.*

The long, detachable and adjustable shoulder strap excellent with a very light sit 'kink' to the first hole where the buckle has been previously set.

Self lined in clean, ruffled suede with a side zipped pocket.

Made in Turkey.

Top Handles are fixed with mid point drop of 8cm and long, detachable strap is adjustable (123cm - 138cm end to end) with a maximum drop of 60cm 

Weight is 835g inclusive of strap.
