This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Classic Heritage Bayswater in Oxblood Natural Coloured Vegetable Tanned Leather with Shiny Gold Hardware.

Made in England.... the Mulberry icon, this beautiful, classically styled Bayswater is crafted from a thick, robust, morello-cherry toned NVT hide.

A finish superior to the more recent leathers, this is a Mulberry that will just get better & better with time & use.

Details -

Still nicely upright, the top flap is gently softened and has the developed the commonly seen, horizontal dip across the top, (see photo when empty).

Colour consistent and without wear to corners and curves, just the light surface impressions on the top flap from the handle bases, as is part of this design.

A few, small fingernail scuffs and scratches to the surface of the hide, which forms a normal feature of the leather type. One to the rear, upper LH side, smatter to the lower, RH side panel and some to the interior pocket, as shown. With time, these usage scratches increase in number and blend to form a beautifully characterful finish.

Shoulder straps are firm and well shaped, with one, tiny. linear horizontal surface scratch to the front, LH side, as shown. All inking, (edge sealent) is in place and stitching strong throughout.

Protective film in place between both lockplates, the Postmans Lock Plate displays a few, miniscule hairline scratches and a little grazing to the lower, perimeter, (almost invisible to the naked eye). Base feet are excellent.

The interior is self lined in entirely clean suede with two leather slip pockets and zip section.
