Crafted from a thick and nicely rigid, smooth and exceptionally finely grained 'box' calfskin, you can wear the strap short, medium or long or even remove it completely for a roomy clutch..... its a piece that will transition effortlessly.

The Seller has also included two new custom made, Samorga Felt Liners in the sale.

Details -

Perfectly shaped, entirely colour consistent, pieces crafted in 'box' calfskin are prone to scratches and fingernail scuffs from first use. A number have been acquired, (all shown in the Gallery above) and though they don't affect the use of the piece in any way, this has been reflected in the price.

Gentle drying to the hide, there are natural linear surface impressions to the leather around the rectangular metal front piece, where the clasp rests when closed and around the inner RH side's strap loop on the interior flap, where the zip header rests.

Stitching is all tight throughout and edging is in place with a small rub to to the front, RH side's base corner curve and to the sides of the shoulder strap.

Drying to the surface of the shoulder strap and a little lightening of tone around the hole where the buclet has been set.

The aged gold hardware is very good, without any detriment.

The interior is lined in a beautifully soft and tactile, clean lambskin displaying the slightest natural creasing (no wear).

Three interior sections, one zip sealed and the front has a double slip pocket.

Two new Samorga Felt Liners were ordered to protect the interior, though the piece has never been carried, since their purchase.
