This is a 100% authentic Louis Vuitton NéoNoé MM in Damier Ebene with Venus Pink Calfskin Trims and interior and golden metallic hardware.

Asked by a Champagne producer to develop a sturdy, stylish bag in which he could transport five bottles of bubbly, Gaston-Louis Vuitton created the iconic Noé design.

That was in 1932. The timeless Noé bucket bag, has been reimagined in a smaller size for 2017 and this charming, tri-compartment Bucket Bag was the magnificent result.

Sporting the original’s signature leather drawstring, as well as an adjustable shoulder strap its a fabulous, light to carry, easy to use, go-anywhere piece.

First impressions...this piece looks barely carried.

Perfectly shaped, no immediately visible wear, the beautiful, gentle pink tone of the calfskin is so pretty and the interior microfibre lining divine. 

The canvas is firm, clean and unworn however if you flip it upside to view the base, there is an smatter of dark spots to an area on the upper LH side, (see photos in Gallery above). Much less visible to the naked eye than the photo makes it appear.

Hardware is excellent with only light contact scratches to the interior zip pull and very slight paling to the inner curves of the shoulder straps end clips.

Stitching all strong and firmly in place and the pink calfskin drawstring is entirely As New.

The long, adjustable and detachable shoulder strap displays natural, light creasing to the surface on the upper side and the very commonly found 'punctures' to the underside where the tension of the stitched thread pulls agains the pink dyed surface coating. Not visible without extremely close review, this is not an issue or a fault, just an entirely natural feature of construction.

Another feature of construction is that the black inking, (edging hand-applied by the craftsman to the sides of joins), can appear slightly patchy when viewed closely, however, again, this is a normal part of these pieces make-up.

The reason for the Condition Rating and * notation is due to the separation of the inking from the seams around the base and top aperture. There is ruffling and slight peeling to the base corners and small sections around the top aperture. This is not due to wear (as can be assessed by the condition of the remainder of the piece,) and may be due to inadequate adhesive or environment factors. However, whilst it does not affect the the use of the bag in any way, it has, of course, been reflected in the price.

NB - I'm often asked the question, "How bad actually is it?" when listing items with issues.....And, I always answer the same way! I aim to show, via the photos and description, exactly what I see when I examine closely, no better, no worse, just accurately. In my experience, there are some people who wouldn't even notice an issue and those who may notice but not be bothered in the slightest. And there are those who would be so put-off that they wouldn't be able to carry it. We're all different, all have variable tolerances and outlooks, so please take this into account when reviewing the piece above. Thank you.
