Chanel Timeless Classic 2.55 Jumbo Double Flap Bag in Black Lambskin with Gold Hardware - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Chanel Timeless Classic 2.55 Jumbo Double Flap Bag in Black Lambskin with Shiny Gold Hardware.

The larger sized flap bag, this beautiful piece from 2014 is crafted from a super soft, finely grained, puffy lambskin quilt with gleaming Gold hardware.

Incredible condition, you'd never believe it was 8 years old!

Details -

Perfectly shaped, no deflation to the quilt, all colour consistent and without any visible wear to the exterior whatsoever.

Very slight, natural horizontal creasing across the upper rear, from the motion of the flap opening.

Extremely minor smoothing to the grain at the corner curves, not wear, (any white marks in the photos are purely light reflections).

All stitching tight, hardware bright and shiny and the leather and interwined shoulder strap perfect.

An incredibly light, diagonal surface scratch to the front, upper RH side of the flap, so vague you'd never see it unless you knew it was there. Shown close up and then with the zoom in the Gallery above, to the naked eye it really is invisible.

 As is commonly seen on these pieces there are surface impressions to the LH side of the inner flap from the zip head resting. Storage felt is included for use when the bag is not being carried.

The reason for the * notation is due to the numerous fingernail scuffs to the smooth black lambskin of the interior. There are two, very light, vertical, twin, parallel fingernail scratches to the top curve of the inner flap. Location highlighted and shown in the Gallery above from angles making them look their most visible. Again, much less noticable in use. A number can also be noted to the interior front pocket, all shown in the Gallery above.

The smooth, burgundy calfskin lining is excellent, though the perimeter of the serial sticker has aged and curled a little.
