The classically styled Small Bayswater Satchel (SBS) was the second incarnation of Mulberrys baby-bayswater. The first was the Ledbury which was made without a shoulder strap, then the SBS was born and it continued to share all the wonderful, heritage charm and features of its larger namesake, but with the addition of the long strap that attached at each side and allowed you to wear on the shoulder or cross body.

The classic version is curvy and rounded, slightly taller than the current model and hangs perfectly however you carry.

Carry by way of the top handles, wear on the shoulder or cross body, its crafted from a pebbly, mid sized grain hide named 'Classic Grain'.

Slightly softer and with more character than the 'Small Classic Grain' its an equally robust finish that holds its shape well and ages beautifully.

Details -

Without close inspection this lovely piece looks nearly new. Well shaped, no immediately visible wear, all stitching tight and inking, (edge sealent) firmly in place. 

There are the commonly seen pressure indentations to the top flap, caused by the rear handle inserts, as is part of the construction of this design.

No wear to the corners whatsoever, just one very light, pale, surface mark to the LH rear side's piping trim at the corner curve, (see zoomed photo above).

Hardware is excellent, top handles well shaped and long shoulder strap excellent with only a very slight sit impression on the first hole where the buckle has been previously set.

The interior is lined in entirely clean but ruffled, black microfibre with a side zipped pocket.
