This is a 100% authentic Louis Vuitton Camera Pouch in Rose Ballerine Monogram Vernis with Golden Brass Hardware.

 A classic camera bag/ shoulder clutch with removable gold-tone chain, this fabulous piece is crafted from a beautifully pale Rose Ballerine pink monogram embossed, patent calf leather.

Gorgeously glossy, effortlessly elegant and featherlight to carry, it features two inside card /coin pouches so makes an ideal alternative to a Pochette Félicie.

Details - 

The subtly sparkly vernis is immaculate with the exception of one, miniscule blue to the the front, LH side's quatrefoil flower motif, (as shown with the zoom). 

The only evidence of use to the bag is the light surface scratching and dinks to the zip pull (from contacting with the chain).

A natural, colour differential between the vernis patent and smooth calfskin of the pouches, this is an inherent feature of this design.

Two, tiny dots to the upper RH rear of the zip-top pouch and a small, round and shallow surface impression to the upper RH rear of the card slip holder. Shown in the photos above, to the naked eye they are barely visible.
