This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Bayswater in Mink Ombre Leather with Antique Golden Brass Hardware. 

Graduating from a taupe toned mink to a dark, bitter chocolate, this amazing Bays is crafted from a thick, deeply grained hide very similar to goatskin. A crackly, demi sheened finish...the glaze adds to its robustness so its a bag you'll never need to baby.

Made in England and a practical, fully lined version from 2008 with original, lockable padlock and 2 keys.

Details-

The leather is beautiful, soft, supple and one of those slouchy hides that just melts into itself. Ideal if you prefer a more casual Bays and oh-so comfortable to carry as the straps have a generous 16.5cm drop.

Handle bases are softened so will flop downwards when not held and there is drying and inking (edge sealent) wear to the flap inlets and rear triangular formations of the handle bases. 

Light surface impressions from the rear handle bases to the back of the flap, as is commonly found on these models.

Lots of glorious creasiness to the hide and across the top of the flap, there are no marks, scratches or scuffs, just some very minor drying to the base corner curves and tops of the shoulder strap, (see zoomed photos provided).

Hardware is very good with a few hairline scratches to the Postmans Lock Plate and contact friction rubs between the underside plate. The exception is the turnlock's end, as both sides display scratching and finish loss, (much less visible to the naked eye).

Stitching all strong and the remaining inking in place with minor drying around the aperture and very light wear to the tops of the shoulder straps.

The interior of the top flap is lined in mink leather and the body in clean, hardwearing, dark chocolate grossgrain with a zipped pocket. The sides have generous adjustable belts so you can make the aperture wider if desired.
