Details -

A fabulously strong and robust hide its entirely colour consistent, without any real wear and though there are the usual light surface scuffs and scratches, these all blend entirely naturally with the finish. 

A softened silhouette (see picture above, when empty) with lots of heritage character and an even pebbly grain, you'll need to add in a firm, felt liner if you prefer the more upright look. 

Corners and curves excellent, stitching all strong and inking, (edge sealent) entirely in place. 

Top handles are firm, well shaped with only light surface impressions to the rear of the top flap from the rear handles base inserts.

 The webbed straps are very good without wear or pulls.

Hardware is excellent throughout with original protective film on Postmans Lockplate, base plate, serial disc and buckle barrels. There are light scratches to the apex of the base feet.

The interior is self lined in ruffled suede displaying age related discolouration* and one, barely there, small blue pen mark to the upper LH side of the flap.

There is a zipped pocket with feature Cara Heart patch and lion head rivet.
