This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Lily in Black Matte Croc Printed Leather with Brushed Silvertone Hardware.

 Made in England from a thick but supple, blackest of black, demi-matte hide with a croc embossed finish, its a piece that will gradually relax with use.

Not perfect but such a beautiful piece, its a Mulberry you can use & enjoy care free!

Details -

Well shaped, upright and firm, the leather is superb. Thick and strong, but pliable with a fabulous, almost 'brushed' texture, its all colour consistent and without any visible wear.

Corners and curves perfect, there are just two, very light, diagonal fingernail scratches to the lower front, (just above the base plate) and two above this, near the aperture. Located underneath the flap, they are only just about visible if you angle to view as are extremely well camouflaged by the finish.

Numerous hairline scratches to the Postmans Lock Plate and also the underside plate which has slightly dulled, (the base plate is excellent). Shown in close up detail in the Gallery above, this is much less noticable to the naked eye.

 Chain and leather shoulder strap is excellent and inking, (edge sealent) in place throughout.

Stitching all tight, firm and secure, however there is a missing stitch* to the RH side panel's upper back trim. Possibly present from manufacture, the needle has penetrated the leather however the stitch not applied. Shown in the two zoomed photos in the Gallery above, there is no losening to the remainder of the stitches (hence causes no structural issue), however this has been reflected in the price and Condition Rating.

Lined in clean, ruffled black microfibre with zipped pocket.
