This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Effie Satchel (regular sized) in Black Spongy Pebbled Leather with Pale, Brushed Golden Brass Hardware.

A relaxed take on the classic hobo-satchel design, with a supple, slouching shape and simple flap-over style, the Effie satchel is effortlessly casual.

Crafted from a soft and squidgy, evenly but deeply grained hide, with a gentle gloss and that lovely padded texture you get with a nice Spongy finish.

Wear the top handle or longer strap on the shoulder, (both are detachable so you add in a messenger strap if you want to wear cross body), its easy to use and an utter joy to carry.

Details - 

A 'Reloved' piece (as denoted by the 'R' imprinted to the inner Mulberry badge), purchased from Mulberry.com on 09.02.22, this fabulous Effie has been used and loved but cared for exceptionally well.

Very nicely softened, its not structureless but has developed lots of lovely creases so you'll need to add in a Felt Liner if you prefer the more upright look.

A deep, consistent black with only the very lightest (and very vague) couple of surface scuffs to the front, lower RH side. Shown in the photo above.... they are barely there.

The embossed Mulberry Tree to the front is quite faint.

Hardware is excellent throughout, braided plait feature top handle is As New and there is just gentle softening to the longer shoulder strap.

All stitching strong and inking, (edge sealent) in place throughout with a few tiny flex crackles to the D ring loops, (not visible to the naked eye) and the sides of the flap where it joins the bag.

Lined in clean, black Mulberry tree jacquard cotton with a leather trimmed slip pocket and zip section.

The top of the flap is lined in soft, ruffled, black suede displaying natural flattening and minor creasing.

Top handle drop slouches as preferred (max 21cm), and long detachable strap drop is 50cm
