Mulberry Small Coca Bayswater Satchel in Dune Small Classic Grain - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry 'Coca' Style Small Bayswater Satchel in Dune Small Classic Grain Leather with Golden Brass Hardware. 

Curvy and angular with trapezoid sides and optional shoulder strap, it's crafted from an evenly grained, supple, grey toned hide. 

Lined in rich burgundy suede with zipped pocket and slip section, its light to carry and a perfect size for everyday.

Details -

Without very close inspection this lovely piece looks to be in a superb condition. Colour consistent, without any wear whatsoever. No scuffs or scratches and all corners and curves perfect.

Stitching all tight, inking, (edge sealent) in place and Postmans Lock Plate displays only a few light scratches, as shown.

Firm, well shaped top handles with two, tiny surface scuffs to the front handles upper curve, (see close up photos above). The shoulder strap is As New.

As is commonly seen on this model there are natural surface impressions to the top flap from the handle's rear base inserts.

A vague diagonal 'crease' can be noted on the rear, lower LH side of the bag, (on the vertical strap that extends down from the handle). Shown close up in the Gallery above, this was present from the the time of purchase.

The reason for the *rating is due to two small smudges of stray adhesive to the hide. One to the front, lower RH corner curve and the other to the front, upper LH side, (near the top aperture, so concealed by the flap in use). Both present from manufacture, this glue only discolours with time so would not have been visible during the QA process. Extremely hard to see unless you know its there, this has been reflected in the resale price.

Lined in clean, lightly ruffled suede.
