Chanel Timeless Classic Clutch in Black Quilted Lambskin - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Chanel Timeless Classic Clutch in Black Quilted Lambskin with Shiny Silver Hardware.  

Crafted from a soft yet strong, classic diamond quilted lambskin with smooth leather side panels, this beautiful, hand-held 'framed' clutch is effortlessly elegant.

Born in 2009, (so now classed as 'vintage'!) it feels amazing in the hand, it's easy to use, light to carry and lined in a divine, glossy lambskin with zipped pocket.

Details -

Perfectly shaped, the form of the bag is superb. Holding an immaculate silhouette when empty, the quilt is still nicely puffy, it's all entirely colour consistent and without close inspection the piece looks Excellent.

No marks or 'rubs' to the hide, (any white 'marks' in the photos are purely light reflections,) there are the inevitable, extremely light surface scuffs to the soft lambskin hide throughout. An entirely natural feature of the finish and not detrimental in any way.

This piece manages the holy-grail of finishes by being both matte and glossy at the same time.....which sounds ridiculous but you know what I mean if you've ever seen it!

There is a single, small, light, linear surface scratch to the top of the front, RH side's leather clad frame. Location circled and shown with the zoom in the Gallery above.

The reason for the Condition Rating* is due to the hairline scratches to the quilted lambskin hide on the front and rear of the piece. Only really visible when you angle the bag to view, there are a couple to the lower front of the bag and two small, dot scuffs to the rear lower LH side. The remainder are to the rear, middle and lower RH side. All shown in the photos above.

Miniscule surface scratches to the top, CC clasp, not visible to the naked eye, the lock snaps closed firmly and the leather clad frame lies together completely evenly.

Lined in clean, soft, glossy lambskin displaying natural creasing and a few light fingernail scuffs, (the profile of the quilt shows through to the interior, as a normal feature of the design). The zipped pocket is lined in robust, black grossgrain fabric.
