Hermès Kelly 40 Sellier in Ebene Ardennes with Palladium Hardware - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Hermès Kelly 40 in Ebene Ardennes Leather with Palladium Silver Hardware.

An incredibly handsome, larger sized, sleek and structured Sellier Kelly ideal as an overnighter or super chic carry-on luggage.

Crafted from a fabulously robust and resilient, Vachette Grainee des Ardennes, (one of the most durable Hermès' leathers,) in a rich, dark chocolate shade, it's a bag you'll never have to baby.

Carry by the top handle or on the shoulder by way of the optional, leather shoulder strap...... its the ultimate work or travel bag.

 Details -

Perfectly shaped, colour consistent the corner curves display very gentle wear and there are two, small and vague pale marks to the front, lower RH side of the bag. A horizontal linear surface scratch to the top, middle of the flap (below the handle) and a dot catch to the top middle of the handle. Locations highlighted and all shown with the zoom, there is no other detriment to the leather whatsoever.

Inking (edge sealent) is slightly dry, due to age, but all in place and stitching is strong and tight throughout.

Hardware displays very slight dulling and surface scratches from use, again shown in close up detail in the Gallery above. To the naked eye these are much less visible.

The interior is lined in clean, grainy chevre displaying light use and a couple of vertical fingernail scuffs.
