Mulberry Peace & Love Lily in Foxglove Pink Ostrich Leather - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Peace & Love Lily (Regular Size) in Foxglove Pink Ostrich Leather with Shiny Gold Hardware.

A very special, regular sized Lily, crafted from the most buttery soft and supple ostrich hide imaginable, in an almost ultraviolet toned, rich, pink shade.

Adorned with an array of gleaming gold love hearts and peace motifs, it's amazing combination of matte, textured ostrich leather and radiant shining hardware, ensures it's a piece that literally light up the room!

Naturally structureless (a storage Pillo has been in the sale), it is indicated to be a Sub (Substandard) by the single 'O' imprinted to the inner oval badge. The reason for this is likely to be the very slightly patchy application of the inking, (edge sealent) by the craftsman.

Condition - Very Good

Details - 

Colour consistent, vibrant and entirely without wear. Corners and curves are perfect and though its a very creasy and characterful finish there are no marks, scuffs or scratches whatsoever.

A naturally very supple piece that will continue to relax and become even more slouchy with use, (see when empty and laying down), the corners have a fabulous squidgy look so you will need to add in a firm, felt liner if you prefer the boxier silhouette.

Protective film in place on the front Postmans Lock Plate and base plate there are few light, contact friction scratches to the underside plate and the end of the turnlock displays minor surface scratches, (not visible to the naked eye.)

The main reason the piece hasn't achieved an Excellent condition rating is due to the light scratches to three of the stud motifs. Shown in the close up photos above, these are much less visible in use.

Chain strap excellent and all stitching all strong.

Lined in luxiously soft, clean, gently ruffled suede with zipped pocket.
