Part of Mulberry's Made to Last Manifesto launched to celebrate their 50th Anniversary, an Open Letter was written showcasing their commitment to sustainability and a promise of regeneration, renewal and reimagination.

The Typography design, drawing inspiration from typefaces past and present, is digitally printed onto the distinctive ‘pebbled’ grain of the Eco-Scotchgrain creating the abstract Mulberry signature logo. Trimmed with a very finely grained, thick and matte calfskin, it's a supremely hardwearing and conscientious piece.

Details -

 Stored carefully since purchase with all protective film in place, there are the commonly seen, two light surface impressions to the rear of the top flap where the handle rear bases rest.

Perfectly shaped throughout, the shoulder straps will naturally flop downwards when not held or worn on the shoulder.

An extremely light surface scuff* can just about be noted on the upper RH curve of the top flap. Shown in the Gallery above, this is barely visible to the naked eye.

Lined in soft, fine nap, charcoal-black microfibre with a zipped pocket.

Please note there is a slight 'Wintergreen' aroma to this piece. Whether a natural feature of the eco-material or an aroma acquired, I can't say! Very pleasant in my opinion however this has been reflected in the price.
