Mulberry Classic Alexa Hobo in Plum Soft Buffalo Leather - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Classic Alexa Hobo in Plum Soft Buffalo Leather with Brushed Gold Hardware.

Our beloved Lexy in hobo format, its super spacious, smooshily supple & crafted in such a beautiful, rich purply pink shade.

Ooodles of character....soft buffalo is a relatively lightweight hide but incredibly strong and resilient.

Carry on the shoulder or cross body, this fabulous piece has never been carried. Not perfect however, this has been reflected in the Condition Rating and the price.

Details -

An unstructured silhouette, you can wear the top up or fold down for the traditional hobo shape..... at first review it still looks New.

Corners are perfect, (any white marks in the photos are purely light reflections) and there are only two, extremely, small, light surface scuffs / scratches from handling. One to the long shoulder strap and the other to the RH side's handle base (see close up photos provided.) Neither visible without the closest of inspections.

Colour consistent, gorgeously creasy with lots of natural striations to the hide, there is an area on the rear lower LH side of the bag which appears a slightly smoother texture, (see location circled.) So vague to the naked eye that it looks more like a gentle surface impression and completely unnoticable in use.

The reason for the * rating is due to two purplish smudges to the leather. Both approx 5mm, one is to the lower RH side's panel and the other to the front, upper LH side, (almost invisible.) 

A few small scratches to the Postmans Lock Plate and an area of ageing to the RH side of the turnlock hole, the remainder of the hardware is As New.

The plait feature top handle and long, adjustable shoulder strap is excellent. All stitching tight and inking, (edge sealent) in place.

Minor flattening to the nap (due to aging) to the front pocket's top flaps' suede lining, the pocket seals with a nice click to the turnlock.

The interior is fully lined in pristine, dark chocolate Mulberry tree jacquard with a side zipped pocket and leather trimmed slip pocket. The top of the bag can be sealed by way of a self locating popper.
