This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Alexa XL Travel Bag Holdall in Black Soft Buffalo Leather with Antiqued Brass Hardware.

A very handsome and seriously substantial, luggage sized Alexa, crafted from the most beautiful, ultra creasy hide.

A supple, unstructured, yet sturdy design, soft buffalo leather is relatively light and less dense than many other hides, but it's exceptionally strong.

Boasting a significant capacity, there's enough room to pack for a week away, it really is that BIG!! Literally acres of space inside, its fully lined in black Mulberry Tree jacquard with large zipped section and leather trimmed slip pocket.

Carry by hand or on the shoulder.....the strap drop is sufficient to wear cross body but I doubt you'd want to, due to size.

Details -

A stunning finish, the leather is glossy, gloriously creasy, characterful, colour consistent and without any real wear. A few, very light surface scratches that are all so incredibly well camouflaged, the only one that is noticable on inspection is a diagonal line to the lower front, (see location circled and shown with the zoom.) No wear to corners, curves or trims, (any white marks in the photos are purely light reflections).

Light friction scratches to the push-through buckle closures and scratches to the LH side's metal clad, satchel strap tip end, the base feet display scratches to their apex from being placed down. D rings and snap hooks are excellent and the Postmans Lock Plate only displays finish loss around the turnlock hole, (with corresponding scratches to the turnlock sides.)

The shoulder strap with removable comfort pad is naturally soft, but again without wear, just gentle waving where the buckle has been set.

Plait feature top handle is excellent and the stitching all strong and in place throughout.

Inking, (edge sealent) in place, with the only wear being to two of the base feet's square patches corner points, as shown.

Entirely clean interior and the top flap is lined in a velvet-nap suede displaying very minor flattening around the edge areas.
