Stored unused and only removed from packaging for photos, (protective film replaced after hardware inspection,) its just as it left Saint Laurent (01.11.22). The reason for the *notation is due to what appears to be an extremely light surface rub to the top, RH side, corner point. Present from construction, it's completely invisible to the naked eye and can only be seen under magnification (see zoomed photo in the Gallery above.)

Eight Card slots, two slip sections, mini zipped coin purse and long note section to rear lined in smooth calfskin.
