Gucci GG Marmont Medium Top Handle Shoulder Bag in Black Matelassé Calfskin - SOLD

This is a 100% authentic Gucci GG Marmont Medium Top Handle Shoulder Bag in Black Matelassé Calfskin with Antiqued Gold Tone Hardware.

Not to be confused with the smaller, medium chain flap bag (RRP £2,070) this larger, top handled version is now so sadly discontinued.

Generous on every level, it's crafted from a lightly glazed, finely grained, strong but supple, quilted calfskin lined with soft, blush microfibre.

Carry by the ladylike top handle or on the shoulder by way of the detachable chain and leather strap, its a statement piece, ideal for work or play.

Condition - Very Good to Excellent

Details -

No wear to the exterior leather whatsoever, it's beautifully thick, puffy, standing perfectly empty but still supple, with a natural 'give' so moulds gently to your side in use.

Very light surface scratches to the front GG motif, the end clips of the shoulder strap display a little spotted tarnish as shown, though this blends unnoticably with the aged finish of the hardware.

When you open the top flap and inspect closely you can note a small scuff to the front, upper RH side and a light, fingernail scratch to the interior, upper RH side of the top flap, (see close up photos provided.)

The interior has a zipped pocket and two slip sections and is fresh and clean however there are a number of small marks to the lining. This has been reflected in the price.
