This is a 100% authentic Prada Smaller Sized City Trunk Cahier Shoulder Bag Clutch in Soleil Nero with Antiqued Golden Hardware.

An iconic piece from the Prada collection, the Cahier takes inspiration from ancient trunks and antique books with their elegant bindings - boasting protective burnished gold-toned metal corners and an elegantly structured silhouette.

Sculpted in Italy from sunny, marigold yellow, smooth calfs leather, this neat, smaller sized box bag is completed with a chain and leather shoulder strap, a foldover top, two internal slip pockets and a logo lettering to the front. 

Wear on the shoulder, cross body or carry as a clutch, it's light, easy to use and ideal for day to evening occassions.

 

Condition - Very Good

 

Details -

Carried only once, the only reason for the Condition Rating (and price), is due to the fact this stunning piece has laid on the shoulder strap in storage. There are resultant light surface impressions to the rear, lower RH side, a twin, parallel impression to the rear middle and a single, small linear impression to the rear lower LH side where the bag has rested on the chain. Shown clearly in the Gallery above, these are much less noticable to the naked eye.

Bright, colour consistent, smooth calfskin and the black saffiano leather is entirely without wear.

Stitching all tight and inking (edge sealent) perfect, the hardware has a naturally burnished affect with normal tonal differences.

The interior is lined in clean, soft yet strong, grainy black calfskin, (very similar to goatskin) with a main section and two slip pockets.

There is a small spot of stray adhesive glue, (used in the construction of the piece) to the underside of the interior, RH sides, horizontal shoulder strap attachment that houses the D ring. Shown with the zoom, this would have been present from the time of manufacture.
