This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Small Amberley Satchel in Oxblood Grained Vegetable Tanned Leather with Golden Brass Hardware.

Born from a modern reinvention of Mulberry's heritage inspired style, this neat, semi-structured saddle bag is crafted from a beautifully firm and grainy, burgundy toned GVT hide. 

Light and easy to carry, the leather is robust with a larger, more pebbly grain the current Small Classic Grain and one that develops more character with use.

This is how Mulberry describe the style. "Inspired by British countryside pursuits, the Amberley borrows its shape and detailing from traditional equestrian styling. This small version was designed to be worn on the shoulder or hands-free across the body. The geometrical Rider's Lock closure is also a reinterpretation of our iconic Postman's Lock - a bold and modern signature for this collection."

  Condition - Very Good to Excellent

Details -

A robust structure, the leather is excellent throughout. No wear, scuffs or scratches and all stitching firm and tight.

Shoulder strap is excellent with just a light sit impression across the last hole where the buckle has rested.

The front Riders Lockplate displays hairline scratches, very minor friction paling where the ring has contacted at each side and surface scratching to the central staff. Shown in close up detail in the Gallery above, it's barely visible to the naked eye.

The main reason this piece hasn't achieved a sole Excellent rating is due to the, commonly seen flex cracks to the inking, (edge sealent) at each side of the aperture's rear join, where the flap moves. This does not affect the use of the piece in any way.

The interior is lined in clean, gently ruffled suede with a slip pocket.
