This is an Unused, 100% authentic Mulberry Classic Heritage Bayswater in Poppy Red Natural Coloured Vegetable Tanned Leather with Shiny Gold Tone Hardware.

Made in England, from a fabulously thick and characterful natural hide, (a finish now so sadly discontinued,) its utterly stunning in every way.

 Examples such as this.... displaying Mulberry's finest materials, quality and craftmanship.....are getting harder and harder to find, especially in an unused condition.

A richly saturated, intense red shade with gleaming gold hardware, you'll stand out from the crowd and be guaranteed compliments wherever you go.

Purchased from Mulberry.com in December 2015, this swoonsomely lovely Bayswater was received, protected with Colonnill and then simply stored away with all protective film in place on hardware, plastic on buckle pins and all accompaniments.

Colour consistent, wonderfully robust with an amazing, creasy, striated grain that excudes old-school character, (and this is when unused.....so imagine how glorious it will be when its developed!). Currently upright, its a piece that will relax and soften beautifully with use, gaining suppleness and also a gorgeous gloss that's only acquired on a well kept, NVT hide. A naturally curvy silhouette, it feels fabulously substantial and luxurious.... these original Heritage Bayswaters were made to last.

A few, extremely light surface scuffs to the leather, (an inherent featuure of the finish) and the normal gentle surface impressions to the top flap from the handle bases, as is commonly seen on these pieces. There is a rather random, small but perfectly round, circular impression to the hide, immediately above the centre of the Postmans Lock Plate. Extremely well camouflaged by the grain and present from the time of purchase. Similarly there is a small, black dot to the LH side panel, present from manufacture. The reason for the *notation is due to the slight compression and sideways lean to the top handles' form from storage which will gradually even with use.

The interior is self-lined in pristine suede with natural veining (the rear of the Natural hide) with two leather slip pockets and zip section.
