This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Small Classic Bayswater Satchel (Substandard) in Black Hi-Shine Leather with Shiny Silver Hardware.
The classically styled Small Bayswater Satchel (SBS) is a neat, curvy, baby sized Bayswater with the useful addition of a long, adjustable shoulder strap.
An ideal everyday bag with plenty of room for all the basics, you can carry by way of the top handles, wear on the shoulder or across the body.
Crafted from a natural leather with a traditional grain and high shine finish, its fabulously glossy finish repels rain and marks with ease!

Details -
A piece sold via Mulberry's Outlet Store at Cheshire Oaks, (indicated to be a Substandard piece by the imprinted 'O' to the inner label,) it's almost impossible to identify why it didn't pass QA.
Well shaped, no immediately visible wear, all stitching tight and inking, (edge sealent) firmly in place.
There are the commonly seen pressure indentations to the top flap, caused by the handle inserts, as is part of the construction of this design.
No wear to the corners whatsoever, (any white bits are just light reflections) there's just one extremely
All three lockplates are As New, top handles well shaped with one tiny, fingernail scratch to the top of the front one, (barely visible to the naked eye,) and long shoulder strap excellent with only a very slight sit impression on the middle hole where the buckle has been previously set.
The most likely reason I can surmise for the substandard classification is due to a tiny, diagonal, linear irregularity in the grain on the front, top of the flap, (just above the lockplate.)
The interior is lined in entirely clean black microfibre with a side zipped pocket.
