Details - 

Purchased 07.09.24 and stored Unused, the reason for the Condition Rating is due to a manufacturing issue.

The dark brown inking / bonding, (edge sealant) to the edges of the front and rear card slots has not been applied thoroughly and the fuchsia leather interior hide can been seen underneath. Shown in close up detail and with the zoom, it's much less visible to the naked eye and does not affect the use of the piece, however has been reflected in the price.
