  Condition - Well Used

Details -

Purchased from Selfridges 15.02.23 and carried daily for 6 months, the bag was then stored flat in its box so displays light creases to the canvas.

The canvas is without wear, marks, scuffs or scratches. Surface rubbing to the print at the four, base corner curves, (no wear to the canvas itself,) all stitching is tight and the smooth, ebene rolled leather trims initially appear excellent with only a couple of very light, vertical, linear surface impressions to the front, LH side's handle base petal and gentle creasing to the tri-part, shoulder straps holes.

On close inspection, wear can be noted to the sides of the two leather loops that house the D rings, a white mark to the top of the LH side's one and a chip to the inking, (edge sealant) on the outer edge of the rear RH side's handle base. Shown in close up detail in the photos above, these are are all much less visible to the naked eye. 

The main reason for the 'Well Used'  condition rating is due to the scratching and tarnshing to the hardware throughout the piece, with the exception of the two snap hooks on the shoulder strap, (which have been made from a different metal.) Again, all shown in full detail above, this has been reflected in the price.

The interior is lined in clean, bright red textile with a little pale marking to the LH side of the internal D ring.

A light, very pleasant perfume aroma from the previous owner can be noted.
