Mulberry Classic Bayswater Tote in Oak Natural Vegetable Tanned Leather

This is a 100% authentic Mulberry Classic Bayswater Tote in Oak Natural Vegetable Tanned Leather with Golden Brass  Hardware. 

This originally styled Bayswater tote (so sadly discontinued) is a forever classic.

An incredibly robust and easy to use shoulder bag with plenty of room for work or play, you can cinch the aperture in by way of the buckles for a tapered look or wear out for the more trapezoid shape.

Crafted from a creasy & characterful NVT hide it's a proper work horse of a Mulberry and a bag you'll never need to baby.

Details -

A much lovelier bag in the flesh than a listing of her faults make her sound, she has a niced softened silhouette with a relaxed form that makes her wonderfully comfy to carry. Photos shown above when empty, worn on the shoulder and carried by hand.

Aquiring all the natural creases, striations and light surface scuffs that are inevitable over time there are no immediately obvious marks, however there is a vague, diagonal burnish to the lower middle area of the base. Shown in detail in the Gallery above, to the naked eye this is barely visible.

No wear to the leather, the base corners are not rubbed or scuffed, just slighty dry so would benefit from moisturation.

Stitching is all strong and shoulder straps will naturally droop downwards when not held or on the shoulder. A few small marks can be noted to the top area of the straps, as shown and inking, (edge sealant) displays flex crackling and wear to the handle base's. Very commonly found on these pieces and does not affect the use of the bag in any way. 

The Postmans Lock Plate displays a light mark to the lower LH side, minor friction rubbing around the turnlock hole, (the turnlock sides have finish loss,) and there is friction contact rubbing between the two underside plates. Base feet display finish loss to their apex from being placed down.

The interior is self lined in entirely clean suede with a leather zipped pocket.
