Without the closest of inspections it looks Brand New.

Pristine canvas, perfectly pale calfskin vachette and beautifully bright, shiny hardware.

A tiny, barely there, dust smudge to the lining, (just to the RH side of the interior label,) location circled and shown with the zoom. So vague it's almost invisible.

The main reason this stunning piece hasn't achieved a sole As New condition rating is due to the miniscule contact scratches to the bottom bars of the zip pulls, purely from contacting with the zip teeth. No scratches to the upper areas, (anything visible in the photos is just light reflection,) and the slightly textured areas at each side of the bottom bar are part of the manufacture of the piece.

Lined in monogram jacquard ivory twill.
